The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was modern and clean with an excellent service. There were busses every 15 minutes to take us to Elharam mosque.

Everything was amazing, its close to Haram, its very clean, people are very friendly etc. I’d love to mention Mahadin who was amazing in taking care of the customers and keeping the place clean.

Everything was just perfect. Everyone super kind and helpful. Super fast service. Friendliest staff - especially the breakfast service staff was super sweet & I enjoyed every privat chat that I had with them. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would definitely!!
