The room service was impeccable, always prompt and delivered with a smile. My room with the bathtub was a highlight—spacious, cozy, and beautifully lit, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Stopped here before the trek, just looking for a place to crash, but ended up finding a gem. Staff were legends, food hit the spot, and the whole vibe was pure comfort. A solid 10/10 on all fronts. Came back after the trek too, couldn’t resist. Clean, cozy rooms, warm hospitality, and a calm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. If you’re chasing that peaceful stay with good people and great service, this place is a no-brainer.

The location in Thamel was excellent right amongst shops and restaurants and felt very safe. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Excellent value

Amazing and friendly staff, big and lovely room, great location. After traveling for a while I was looking forward to a pool day which unfortunately wasn’t possible as there was an issue with the filter in the pool which would have been nice to learn in advance. Also had an issue with power cuts for the steam in the spa but ended up chatting to and getting to know the lovely staff for a long time instead which was super nice. A bit on the pricey side, but definitely recommended if within your budget and a nice relaxing stay :-)
