On the morning of my birthday, as I embarked on a buggy ride to explore more of the island, our driver surprised me with a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday." It wasn't just the song itself that touched my heart; it was the thoughtfulness behind the gesture. The resort's activities were equally impressive. The pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters provided the perfect backdrop for a variety of water sports and excursions. I took advantage of activities like snorkeling with nurse sharks. Shan, our guide, made sure the experience was not only safe but also exhilarating, leaving us with memories to last a lifetime. And let's not forget about the underwater restaurant! Dining amidst the vibrant marine life was a surreal experience, made even better by the impeccable service provided by Shijona, Nisha, Mexyluz, and Pinki. What a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, staff was welcoming and hospitable. Thank you Shiela and team for such a warm and organized welcome. Open air lobby with sand flooring. so special and casual. And wait until you see the meal buffet options at VAX. Such delicious selection of various cuisines with lots of fresh veg/fruit and savory ethnic dishes. Thanks to special host Pooja and server Shamveel for making certain we were well cared for. Also an open air facility with breathtaking views of the azure seas. Travel coordination was easy with Cinnamon making arrangements with hotel teams back in Hulhumale. Speedboat took about 1hr20. Bring ear plugs or better yet great music to quiet the motor noises. Overall, great experience and relaxation.

Everything was just great, it was my second time in 2 years in this hotel and I couldn’t find anything disappointing, team and management are really taking care of the island and hotel. The breakfast and other meals at the resort were absolutely superb—my family and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Each day brought a fresh and delightful variety of menu choices that kept our dining experience exciting and memorable. They upgraded and provided two separate villas to us. The resort’s location, about 45 minutes away from the airport, added to the charm of our trip. The speedboat ride was an experience in itself, especially on our return journey, which became even more thrilling as we navigated through the aftermath of a thunderstorm.

My husband and I stayed in Beach pool villa (preferred) and Ocean pool villa, and both were wonderful, like from the fairytales. I have mobility issues, but everything was accessible to me. All the staff is great and very helpful, especially the buggy drivers. We were eating in the main restaurant, Ocean Spice and Rayivilla, and the food and service were excellent. Rayivilla is our preferred, with great food, perfect ambience, super nice and professional staff. We didn’t try other restaurants because they were not included in already costly All-Inclusive package. The beach is amazing, but it was good to have a private pool also because it is getting dark very early. We really enjoyed this trip, and we hope to repeat it 😊.
