The hotel has it all , nice decoration , neat comfy beds, clean service and even a shuttle bus that drives you to the center at peak hours. -Amenities were amazing -Balcony view was divine ( photo from Balcony attached ) -Breakfast was super good and diverse -Parking was provided feely by hotel -Shuttle to center of the city was provided by the hotel - timetable

Exceptional service. It’s a lot of money but the best standard of hotel and service I have ever received. Also it seems to be the only hotel with direct access to the lake which was a huge bonus.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable with very friendly staff. Our room was spotless, spacious and very quiet with very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was extremely good with lots of choice including freshly squeezed orange juice and also an actual vegetable juicer available. We had a meal in the main restaurant on one night and the food and service were excellent. The location overlooks the lake with lovely views and it is also within walking distance of the main town centre. There are spaces to relax both inside the hotel and outside in the grounds so overall it is a great place to unwind. We would highly recommend the Villa Rosa Hotel. Also Desenzano is a good place as a base to explore other areas / towns on the lake and in the wider region. For instance there is a beautiful town called Salo which is approximately 30 minutes by bus and well worth visiting. Verona can be reached by a regular train service, again in approximately 30 minutes.
