Exciting experience and stay at this fancy hotel. Santiago warmly welcomed me at arrival and showed me everything I need to know and use on my room. Sharon from the receptionist area made me feel safe while teaching me how to get to the nearest metro station and informing me how to stay alert on the street. Breakfast was amazing spread and allow you to take it slow over more than 2 hours. Hotel bar serves decent food and cocktail. It could get pretty cold overnight even with heater on, so get ready with warm pyjamas.

The service was exceptional, we were received immediately and kindly, the personnel was very helpful and the communication was fluent both in English and Spanish. We returned late at night but the personnel opened the door right away within seconds. Excellent customer service overall. The room was beautiful, it was rustic but comfortable, clean and offered a full set of towels. The breakfast was excellent, natural juice, fresh fruit. The location of the hotel was strategic to wander around the historical center of Quito. Amazing experience. Will return.

This is an elegant boutique hotel. The outside is deceiving but inside is tasteful with rooms surrounding an inner courtyard. The suite we stayed in was wonderful - spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated and furnished. The staff, and Andrea in particular, are excellent - attentive and doing what they can to make sure the stay is a success. The breakfast was nice with fresh juice, fruit, and eggs made to order. The location is walkable and felt safe even coming back in the early evening. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as various historic buildings. Lots of little touches that showed concern for guest well being.

The hostel itself is amazing and one of the nicest I've ever stayed! It looks very recently renovated and is very clean. The beds are super comfortable and the dorms even have 2 bathrooms located within the dorm which is very nice! And hot water 😍 The communal areas also look really nice however I didn't use them. Perfect stay for 1 night to do the Devil's Nose Hike. Or if you are looking for a very quiet and relaxing hostel to unwind for a bit, this is perfect!
