Fantastic receptionist, great customer service , welcoming morning buffet staff, and the best shuttle bus service available every 30 minutes. The room was neat and clean. It had all the amenities and toiletries .The room service was excellent. Hotel shuttle bus service from the airport is on departure level . Just exit gate number 4 and wait for your bus. Or contact the hotel before your arrival and ask them of the bus license plate number. This place is about 1.5 hours away from the city center by train, depending on where you're going.

The room was spacious and clean. Its location is within walks from Denshikou station. The staff were all extremely helpful and hospitable, especially Maya. She speaks good English.

Located on Wangfujing Street, Prime Hotel offers 5 dining options, an indoor pool and parking(RMB15/hour). Rooms feature free WiFi and city views. Excellent service from A to Z. Everything is clean, the rooms are spacious and very well designed. Special thanks to Mr. DAVID at the reception, for his kindness and his help when I had to find a taxi very quickly to get to the train station. I fully recommend this hotel and thank all the staff members for this amazing experience.
