It was very clean and quiet. Great location to beach and town centre. Literally a 10 minute walk, and while homeward bound is a little up hill l, it’s not that bad. Also a great little pub across the road that does good meals. The ensuite room is on the 3rd floor, but not a big deal, unless you wanted to drag suitcases up. We just took up what we needed for the night. Bed was so fluffy and comfortable, we slept in. Both the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Lovely couple that are doing a great job of hosting. Even though there is no fridge in room, they have one on the landing for guest use.

1st time in Devon. Highly recommend the Cimon. Julia and Jamie were very welcoming, both to us and our teenagers. They felt like friends by the time we left. Very relaxing, spotlessly clean. Although they don't do food in the evening, 2 nights we brought a takeaway back and had it on the terrace with some vino 😁 Property within walking distance to torquay and the beach. Great holiday from start to finish.

The owners were so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Would certainly come back here again.. In the 4 days we were there, we saw a steady stream of people stay and go. Worth every penny. The Breakfast was more than enough with out the extras, which was all included. I do not usually give a good score as mostly the Business is let down by their Staff. 10/10 here..
