The host was super friendly and helped us a lot even if we just stayed one night in Alexandria. The rooms were kept tidy and clean, and the host was happy to provide us more blankets from his place when we requested. Besides the location is a 10 minutes drive to the Qaitbay Castle, so you can sleep tight and visit the castle without rush in the morning.

    the location and amazing staff deserve all the 5 stars I want to thank the reception, guard, restaurant and housekeeping staff for always making me (a solo female traveler) feel safe and welcomed Important to note that the pool was always clean Their spa is a must try!

    A very recent and modern hotel. Room perfectly equiped. Every equipment seems to be new. Even the gym is very well equiped with modern machines. Very nice breakfast. Incredible quality of service from the workers (reception, spa, gym, breakfast). The only and closest experience of a 5 stars we had during our whole stay in Egypt in 3 different hotels.
