The place is amazing! I've never stayed in a hostel like that! The bed is really comfortable, you get all the amenities you need, you can wash/dry your clothes; you have snacks, coffee and drinks for free. The employees are really polite and helpful!

Location was excellent, shops & eateries were aplenty. Helpful & friendly staff. Welcoming drinks with list of options were brilliant. First time I'm my travels I can choose various types of coffee or juices. Set Breakfast was satisfying. Rooms were value for money. Gifts on the day of departure made our day.

Everything was great. Room ,staff,breakfast and location all were lovely. Manager Crystal arranged flowers and fruit plate for my wife's birthday. So thoughtful. Very happy with the hotel. I booked at another Somerset in different city because we were so happy with our experience here

We really loved this hotel. The room was spacious and really comfortable. We loved the fact that they provided good quality coffee in the room, which is not really common in China; The bed was comfortable. Cleaning was made daily. Breakfast was various; you could find international food and also chinese dishes. Coffee provided at breakfast was also really good. Also the juices and the food offered were tasty and had a great variety. Even if it is not situated in the center the hotel is really close to the Kejilu subway station ; from this station you cand arrive in 20 minutes in the center or directly at the Giant Goose Pagoda. We especially liked the fact that there are plenty of the restaurants and supermarkets in the area. One minus is that the staff doesn't speak english (except 1 receptionist) and it was a bit difficult to make the check in, however with the translator app we managed. Overall, even if communication wasn't easy they were really helpful and even helped us with booking tickets on our Wechat.
