Akira san the owner himself greeted me upon my arrival. He is very polite and friendly. Lodge staff tour me around the facility with a smile on her face. I had a great time and best experience during my stay.

Helpful and friendly host that took good care of us and recommended ski resorts/restaurants. There are two private onsen in the property to have a proper bath after a full day of snowboarding/skiing. And the breakfast was amazing as well

Pension Tomato se nachází 10 minut jízdy od zimního lyžařského střediska Hakuba Happo-One a nabízí prostorné pokoje v západním stylu s loftem. Love it. Super friendly hosts who helped us a lot, offered to pick us up, take us to hire gear at echoland (with discount at affiliated store), take us to deliver our luggage and send us to the station upon checking out. Booked restaurants for us too since we didn't have a local phone number. Thank you so much! Great accommodation, very cosy and nice atmosphere, vending machine inside, 2 onsen rooms (one of which has an outdoor onsen too, very nice in the snow) which can be used privately by booking each day. Drying room for ski gear is very convenient. Short walking distance (<5 min) to free local bus stop to goryu, happo, iwatake and also to echoland base camp for the hakuba valley shuttle. Buses only run a few each day and finish pretty early, best to not miss the last one as getting a taxi can be a pain! Breakfast needs to be booked by 10am from the previous day, but it's amazing, highly recommended.

Log Cottage Epoch stojí 10 minut chůze od lyžařského střediska Happo One a hosté si mohou pronajmout celou chatu. Všechny prostorné chaty mají bezplatné Wi-Fi, kuchyň a obývací pokoj. We loved the cottage and the sleeping floor. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was very comfortable. The area was quiet and the staff extra nice! Playground area for children was very much appreciated by our daughter as well as the super mini train experience!

Il Bosco se nachází v destinaci Hakuba v oblasti Nagano a poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a volný vstup do vířivky. Nedaleko odtud se nachází. Everything, the room was perfect and warm, koki and Naomi give us excellent service..koki also cook very good dinner and bake a very niceeee bread.. the most delicious bread I ever had in my life.. his bread is a must!!

SamaSama Lodge Hakuba nabízí ubytování v destinaci Hakuba. Tsugaike Kogen ski areál je 14 km odtud a Nagano železniční stanice 40 km. It was a very nice experience to stay here, breakfast was delicious every day, it is very close to the ski resort and the staff is amazing they were very friendly and helpful, especially Hiro and Erick, thank you guys for a lovely stay!

The property is a log cabin with an open penthouse area and a patio. It has fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with automatic drying cycle, two air-conditioners, Western and Japanese bathroom, screens on windows to protect from insects etc. The manager responded to questions even during the evening.

Dan and his wonderful family went above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of our trip. The lodge itself is spotless, spacious, in a great location, and very reasonably priced. During our stay, my partner had a skiing accident, and we couldn’t have been in better hands. The incredible team at Snowhere Ski Lodge immediately helped us get to the hospital, assisted with translations, and even checked in on us days later to make sure everything was okay. Their kindness and support made such a difference! Looking back on our Japan trip, our time at Snowhere Ski Lodge was by far the highlight. It’s the perfect place for anyone visiting Hakuba for skiing—you’ll meet fellow snow lovers, share great conversations, and truly make the most of your experience. Breakfast was prepared by Dan each morning and it was great! 10/10 for the whole experience.
