The hotel is situated outside of the center in a very nice and quite residential area, ideally if you want a relaxing ‘home’ while having the opportunity to visit Punta del Este. The hotel is in a very good condition with a beautiful room (we had the room with patio and whirlpool inside), where everything was nice and clean. The staff were trielt amazing helping us out whenever needed. The outdoor area is especially cosy for sunbathing, relaxing in the pool, sitting outside in the evening and enjoying drinks. The breakfast was really good with a great selection! as a gay couple we felt safe, welcomed and appreciated like everyone else

Very comfortable. Although it is an old building, it is very well conserved with nice pool, leisure places, good food.

Centrally located in Maldonado's old city, right in front of the main square and next to the Cathedral, De la Plaza Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and buffet breakfast in a strategic location.
