The hospitality from everyone was amazing. From the moment we arrived till we left the premises, everyone made our accommodation unforgettable. The resort is located in a great place. The rooms are luxurious, and the food is very good. A peaceful and romantic place.

very modern, comfy bed, clean bathroom , the indian manager was so nice and friendly , thank you … Anna , you have hospitality in your eyes keep the good work up, it wad so busy on new yrs eve but she went far and beyond to bring food and drinks on time, shes a ray of sunshine 🤍🤍❤️ thank you monica for the warm welcome and the smile you jave in your eyes , thanks for finding me a seat on new years eve im humbled the lady that was on shift with monica i forgot jer name also made my stay… keep the good work up❤️

    city is full of professional thief. when I reported a crime police officer asked me money for lunch foods after registered it. And police is completely useless institution. organized robberies and stolen your belonging crime is very common its can be happens to you or anyone. Foreigners please be careful. Because they're easy targeted always. This city is heaven for thief.

    A nice, clean, comfortable hotel in one of the best locations in town. The Acacia Mall is a short ride away, many great restaurants are around. the area is quiet and the service is good. The room is comfortable (we took the better one on the second floor), but we found it to be a bit smallish and the shower - though hot and powerful - is not well planned. Breakfast is excellent and the price makes this hotel affordable and well worth. Recommended.

    Nice Staff, Breakfast was nice, you can get Indian Tea on request. Manager are very responsive and take feedback from you time to time, location is very good. near to the Acacia mall within walking distance, and Cave Java is located just around the corner to get the best food in town.

    Our private room was incredibly spacious. We loved to have breakfast on the little benches on the terrace and that the breakfast a different dish on all our three mornings. The staff are great and the location is just perfect close to the acacia mall and a lovely local restaurant. Feeling totally safe walking around the area. No noise while sleeping!

    The asset of this place are the polite, friendly & knowledgeable staff from the reception to the maintenance. The sufficient daily breakfast consists of fruits & varieties plus brewed coffee or tea. I stayed in a well ventilated & comfortable dorm bed with mosquito net. Great ambiance with the guests. Very good Wi-Fi even in the rooms. Lovely view part of Mulago with amenities nearby like the Acacia Mall. Highly recommended.

    The apartment is very spacious and being in walking distance from the Acacia mall and quite some nice restaurants, pubs and clubs is also a plus - but, of course, you should not mind the loud music during the night.
