Everything was beyond perfect. The room was really comfortable, the staff amazing. They’re always offering things to drink. They accepted all our demands. They were really amazing we will come back for sure. We prefered two things : The Hamam and Sultan who was always smiling and offering his help. Thanks a lot for him

Everything was perfect. The location is good for those who need an easy access to public transportation and main roads. Very polite and fast service. Thanks to lovely housekeeping Şerife hanım who bring us chocolate muffins and being kind with us. Receptionists are also very polite and lovely. I heartfully reccomend this hotel.

My stay at the meretto hotel was exceptional. What pleases customers is not just the infrastructure but the services. And I had the best services. From the reception staff, the restaurant to the ladies who cleaned the rooms. All were super friendly, attentive and very supportive. From the day I arrived until my last day. The tourism suggestions were top notch. I can say that I didn't have to take a taxi, everything is around the Hotel. The metro station, restaurants, shopping stores. The historial shopping mall is 8 minutes away on foot. It was a super experience. I recommend!

“The hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were incredibly kind and professional, especially Murad and Arjan at the reception. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options. The location is perfect, close to everything. The daily cleaning and amenities were excellent. Highly recommended!”
