We crossed the border for a long time when we were driving from Ukraine, called the hotel back, asked to reschedule the booking. The receptionist did everything and welcomed us very wonderful! We arrived very late to the hotel, it was very windy and foggy - quite challenging to drive. Check in process was very simple and easy, the staff was very friendly and we were in our room in less than 5 minutes. The room was beautiful, very clean. Breakfast was very nice, with a nice selection of food.
