JapanThe staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. This was our second time staying here. On this occasion I booked a room for my mother on the executive floor as there is a beautiful outdoor infinity pool there and a lounge with lovely snacks and drinks. It is the staff in the executive lounge who make it so special. They are invariably gracious, helpful and attentive and on this occasion looked after my mother with great kindness and dedication for the duration of her stay.
On a general note, the hotel itself has direct lift access to the metro and to an extensive shopping mall complex with shops and restaurants as well as a covered entrance for taxis, so there is never a problem with the heat or rain and no need to leave the comfort of the air conditioning. Should you need to travel further afield, it is also in a relatively central location just a short taxi ride or two stops on the metro to Orchard and you can get to key places like Raffles Place and Marina Bay directly with no changes. There is also a lovely outdoor pool and a gym on site.
