Totally surprised by this Somerset , following their high reviews . I can see why this is a choice by many . Large beautiful and welcoming lobby area with security and help especially when travelling solo with luggage . The room is so well designed even though compact had lovely functional touches to the modern room . Amenities were modern with good quality kitchen and sanitary wear , super helpful is usb plug-points located for easy charge use . Comfortable bed and perfect light setting for winding down with a 24 hour massage service . They were helpful with me travelling in and out with my golf bags and also ordering food . Furthermore located so close to lovely breakfast areas and it’s nice to be able to walk around the charming neighbourhood.

Got upgraded to an amazing suite (1001), staff was super friendly & helpful, food was top notch! Had afternoon tea in the Writers Lounge and it was excellent too. The Mistral bar on the 10th floor is very breezy and a col place to watch the sunset. Wish we could have stayed longer, unfortunately the spa was fully booked but would have loved to try it! Definitely the best place we stayed at during our 10 day trip!

The room was much bigger than it looked on the pics. The bed was soooooo comfy and the view was really nice! Also the rooftop terrace was a nice place, where we got to know some really nice korean guests who even shared some oft their freshly cooked food - thanks again guys! It was the perfect location for us in Manila.

Just got back from an awesome stay! The accommodation was perfect – comfy, clean, and had everything we needed. But the real star was Karen, the host. She was incredibly accommodating, super helpful with everything, and made us feel so welcome. We also was able to check in early, check out late and store our luggage due to flight times. We also got pool passes and enjoyed a day by the pool. Huge thanks to Karen for making my trip so great! Highly recommend! 👍👍
