My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in Black Iris Hotel - Madaba! The staff is so welcoming. Thank you Safaa and Rami for your smiles and help giving directions and tips so we can enjoy as much as we can of Madaba! The room was exceptionally clean, the beds are comfortable. There are water bottles, an electric kettle, 3 in 1 coffee sachets... The bathroom is great, with a good shower place and nice water pressure, toiletries and clean towels! The place is so quiet, and at the same time, at 2 minute walking distance to the city center and main attractions, like also 5 minutes away from Saint George Orthodox Church famous for its oldest mosaic map of the Holy Land. The breakfast was generous, and they have a beautiful terrace with greenery if the weather is fine! The price is so affordable, and our experience was way more better than expected! Also the hotel is about 20 minutes to Mount Nebo, and around 50 minutes to the Baptism place of Jesus. Enjoy your stay ❤️

First of all, a family -like atmosphere from the very first to the very last minute of our stay. The hotel can be considered exemplary in all fields: tastefully decorated, high quality materials used in every part of the building, maintained with extreme care.     Absolutely gorgeous hotel and the manager was so kind and warm and friendly. We loved our stay and couldn't recommend it enough. The location is wonderful, right at Manger Square where Church of Nativity is. I wish we could have stayed much longer, I didn't book for long enough!

    The building seems recent and well kept. My room was very spacious and clean. I had a balcony with a great view towards east, and there was also a rooftop terrace with great views. There is private parking in the basement, which is very convenient. The hotel is within walking distance of Manger Square, but is also in a quiet area. The host was super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to other visitors of Bethlehem.

    The location is excellent, a very short stroll from Manger square. At the same time it is also very quiet and has a garden to relax in. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The hotel is a renovated palace and every room is covered with original paintings, making this place special. Staff were very friendly, in particular Ahmed !

    I enjoyed the services , a clean hotel and so friendly staff! GM Mr Fares Bandak offered us when we arrived a free ride from the bus stop to the hotel as we were first time there. And receptionist Mr Hana helped us printing our check in! Excellent position in Bethlehem , 10 min walk straight direction to Manger Square ( Nativity Church and Omar's Mosque )

    Wonderful stay in lovely Bethlehem. The apartment is absolutely lovely and super clean. Located on the entry to the old city and close to Manger Square. Also almost next to The Barrel, a very nice bar in Bethlehem. Fantastic price/quality ratio. Communication with the host was super fast. We got very useful tips how to arrive to Bethlehem on our own from Jerusalem.

    Modern guesthouse, very clean and comfortable. It was reasonably priced compared to other locations in the Bethlehem area. Very easy to get to by taxi from checkpoint 300 (also walkable). Of course the most unique feature of this hotel is that it is inside Aida Camp, which allows visitors to see for themselves what life is like on this side of the wall, in a camp. It is just a short walk from Banksy's Walled Off Hotel (7-10 minutes), and about a 25 minute walk to Manger Square/Church of Nativity.
