Close to the beach as well as train station. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was big and had a mini fridge. They had a small fan as well which is useless during summers

Guest house in very good location, like 4 min walk to Baltic Sea, and 4 min walk to main Jurmalas street - Jomas. Nice, clean and good size rooms, and helpful host. Big choice of restaurants are also in walking distance. On property there is outside patio, where you can just chill. For that money - great location and hotel.
