PolandIt is probably impossible to stay in Trakai closer to the castle than here. We've booked an economy room, but it was absolutely comfortable enough. What's more, we've got it more than a hour before time of check-in, what was very nice (I asked about parking place before 3 pm only, but friendly staff proposed to check-in earlier).
I'm totally satisfied with the stay.

FinlandVery beautiful and peaceful place, good location, free parking, very clean room, lovely view of the lake. Helpful stuff and absolutely amazing breakfast which is served on the table! We stay a 3 night and we love this place very much!

Trakai Castle
Gothic Trakai Castle rises up, like a fairytale figment of your imagination, from the waters of Lake Galvė. The 14th-century stronghold fell to ruin after a brutal defeat at the Battle of Grunwald but has since been restored to its former majesty. Very good atmosphere in this villa, it felt like home. The terrace has a view of the lake, a quiet place, tidy. The instruction to get into the room was also easy and friendly, no point of unclearness. It is about 2 km from the apartment to the Trakai castle, nice walk in the city or along side the lake.
