This is the one of the nicest parts of Kandy to walk - however please take note Kandy Tourist association that the area surrounding the water of the lake needs cleaning regularly to ensure the wildlife continues to flourish. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and found Shanani and all staff to be friendly and attentive. From the welcome at the Check in to check out the staff was extremely attentive. Felt like I’ve known them for a while. They helped me rent a vehicle to my next destination and gave me some good references. The room was spacious and very clean. Since the hotel is next to the Kandy lake its very close to the city center. Food was amazing very flavorful. Breakfast had a massive range and was super full afterwards. The rooms were very clean and spacious and although we didn’t use the pool it looked lovely. The location is also extremely good to get to Temple of the Tooth / Kandy View Point and Kandy Lake.
