It was an extremely relaxing and amazing stay at the Argyle Hotel. The service is superb as the hotel staff is excellent, dilligent and warm. The spa facilities are great, one must try the therapies. My sincere thanks to Rushithani and Jana the front office head for making our stay even better.

Everything! I am a fussy person and stay in the best places .. this is up there with them all.. I’ve never felt so special … the staff were fantastic! The food amazing and the views OMG ..     We had a beautiful room where you could see Adam’s peak while lying in bed. The room is clean and large, the restaurant and staff are nice. It’s a great location for the Adam’s Peak hike, you can walk straight from the hotel and it’s easy to find the way.

    We stayed here for 2 nights to climb Adam’s Peak, the start of the trail is just a short walk from the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, and good value for money. The hosts were excellent, very helpful with providing information on Adam’s Peak and the local area and even made us sandwiches at 2am in the morning to take on our sunrise walk. Thank you!

    This was our first hotel in Sri Lanka and we were happy with it. You can start directly from the hotel to get to Adam’s peak. We left at 01:45 FYI. The room had a great view on the valley. The restaurant offers nice eat in options at reasonable prices.

    Great location close to the start of the route to Adam’s Peak. Very clean with comfortable bed. Nice seating area in front of the rooms with views over the hills and tea plantations. I had dinner at the hotel which was tasty and good portion size. The breakfast was great. A mix of Sri Lankan and western and again, plenty of it.

    The property is very close to Adam’s Peak which is very convenient and the hosts are very nice. You can pay for a bottle of tea or coffee + a snack for the hike. I had both diner and breakfast at the hotel and it was good. The checkout time is late so you can take a shower and a nap after Adams’ Peak.

    The hotel was clean and located in a great spot, very close to the starting point for hiking Adam’s Peak. The only downside was the lack of mosquito repellents in the rooms, so we were bitten during the night.

    I loved the location as the surrounding tea plants and lake are really beautiful with a great view of the mountain. I felt really well taken care of staying here and we were given a lift to Adam’s Peak at 2:30am to start the hike by the family running the hotel.

    Had a really pleasent stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we went to Adam’s Peak at 2 am. The room was nice and clean and had blanket (which was the first time for me in Sri Lanka). When we came back from the mountain, then hotel served us very delicious breakfast. Really loved staying there.
