Lovely hotel, well situated, clean, comfortable, the best thing is the staff at the reception,they were very helpful and kind especially Shahan, Fouad, and Nader ..Sawsan at the housekeeping department is very kind and helpful . We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Accommodation at the Hilton Hotel pleasantly surprised me with their communication and implementation of measures needed for my family member who required disabled services. The accessibility was high (except for the access to the hotel and the bar on the 31st floor), so with assistance, it was truly a great experience. The staff was kind, accommodating, friendly, and especially professional without any stigmatization, which I greatly appreciated. The food and cleanliness were at the expected 4-star level.
