Henry, the manager welcomed us making us feel at home and offering often to provide anything we could need. Located in the banks of Mekong, where you have a stunning view and just a few minutes from the center, driving motorbike rented by the resort, is an Oasis of tranquility in the busy Luang Prabang. Delicious breakfast taken while looking at the Mekong. Tradicional houses were brought in pieces from their, original villages and rebuilt there, creating a sophisticated and unique atmosphere.

Leo is a fantastic host. He and his team took care of everything (arranging scooter, transfer to railway station, recommendations where to eat, etc.). The newly renovated rooms have everything you need - from proper "European" mattress to good pressure in the hot shower. Breakfast is amazing, plentiful and very tasty. Besides, the villa and surroundings are very beautiful

Amazing staff, the restaurant is excellent with great service, delicious food and lots of options. The free hotel shuttles to the city were making our stay so much better it felt like we were in the heart of the city although it was a few minutes drive. They even gave us a late check out and a shuttle to the train station for free which is a 30 min drive away from the hotel. Really exceptional service!

Absolute gem of a place, The staff are delightful, and spoke English very well. Reception staff were always more than helpful. Housekeeping and bar staff were the same. Nicely tended gardens. The Sri Lanka chef was excellent, makes his own super sausages and cures his own bacon. We would definitely use this hotel again.
