The atmosphere was very relaxed, it was a wonderful place to stay for a few days, with all the amenities. The staff was incredibly nice, both in the reception and in the restaurant. I would especially like to mention Leanghak and Pahna, and the long-haired girl with a kind smile in the restaurant, whose name I don't remember.

Conveniently located in Siem Reap, We are a non - foreigner worker. Our staffs are all local people. We set this idea in order to support our local people to have a job.

The Indra Ankor Residence is a beautiful place to relax and feel good in Siem Reap. The hotel is very clean, the cuisine is excellent and the staff is more than friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at The Urban. Even before arriving, we received an email not long after booking to arrange a free transfer from the airport. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink and delicious local fruit. The staff were all super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay - we booked a fantastic private tour of Angkor Wat, all arranged through the hotel at a great price compared to other tours we’d seen online. Our room was clean, comfortable and just as described and the pool was a peaceful spot to unwind after exploring Siem Reap. One of our favorite parts of The Urban was the location - it’s easy walking distance (2-5 minutes) from night markets, pub street and lots of restaurants but is just far enough out of the busy areas so it’s nice and quite. 100% recommend and we’ll definitely stay again when we’re back in Siem Reap.

I was so sad that the hotel was booked and I could stay just for a night.. The location and comfort of the hotel was excellent - great rooms, nice view from the little balcony of the hotel and really comfortable bed. The staff were nice and helpful.
