On the morning I was due to arrive in Siem Reap city centre , hotel saff had already sent me an email making me feel welcome before I got here. When I arrived in town late afternoon, (on my birthday) I was astonished to be picked up at the bus terminal by a tuk tuk arrangand by the hotel and also absolutely speechless in what I found in my room when escorted personally by the Manager Mr. D carrying my bag for me. All of the staff Tha, Srey, Phan , Ravy , the cleaners, the Chef, the gardner are all truely WONDERFUL . I am greeted with Smiles , laughs, waves and Som Pas every morning and every evening. If there is a better place for me in Siem Reap I have not found it, I have looked and I have changed my travel plans to stay longer , here at Resindence 1960.

Got the VIP room and did not expect that we are getting the whole top floor for us. Got the huge balcony. Staff are very friendly and professional. Will come back soon to seam reap and book the same hotel.

We loved it!! The staff is friendly and helpful, the pool area is beautiful and relaxing and the room was big and comfortable. They cleaned the room every day and placed new drinking water and towels. It’s just a short stroll from the main area of Siem Reap and feels like a real oase!!

Conveniently located in Siem Reap, 7 Makara Street in Wat Bo Village. We are a non - foreigner worker. Our staffs are all local people.
