Absolutely everything about this stay was perfect, from the cheery welcome to checking out and wishing I had booked a longer stay. Fantastic location with a beautiful view - nice view from the breakfast restaurant. Lovely breakfast thank you. I loved the design, layout and furnishings of the lobby and restaurant areas. I had a huge room with great furnishings and an enormous bathroom. My interview overran and your reception staff were very kind and accommodating allowing me to check out at 12pm.

It is a big hotel yet they make sure you have all you need. All the staff is very helpful. My room was very clean with a great view of the ocean and plenty of space for my comfort. Excellent. Thank you.

Easy to get to by bus, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a great place to base yourself for a few days/week as it’s easy to get bus/train and easy to walk into Ballasalla and Castletown
