This is an awesome property, extremely well located very close to most of the attractions, extremely courteous and helpful staff, amazing rooms, the room was quite spacious, the breakfast spread is superb…. And the restaurant staff are polite and courteous. The best part of this hotel is the always smiling face of every hotel staff…. That speaks a lot about their nature and treatment of guests. We had access to the Red Lounge, thanks to the person at the time of check in who suggested this, as it was at an extra cost, but completely worth it. Superb experience overall, will definitely stay here when we come next to Madrid. One more thing…. Do not miss the view of Madrid fr the terrace, it’s breathtaking and amazing.

Fabulous hotel. Great location for walking around central Madrid, next to tube station and hop on hop off bus stop. Also next to a lovely park which leads you to plazas and the palace Excellent selection of food and drink for breakfast and every one of the staff we met were friendly, helpful and hard working. Extremely helpful, polite door staff. The sky bar shouldn’t be missed but it’s extremely busy and the staff are under pressure to accommodate everyone. However there is a good selection of bars in the hotel which are very good.

You can pay €10 to simply visit the 27th floor see the views and take photos or like us you can have a couple of drinks and some great tapas whilst chilling to some great vibes from the DJ. See the whole of Madrid and stand on a glass walkway between two parts of the building . . Come on . . Who would pass on this ?

    The location is perfect - right on Gran Via and within a few steps of lots of Metro stations. I stayed in a one-bed studio apartment that contained everything I needed. The Kitchenette had everything I needed - I was even surprised to find a washing machine! There’s also small details like an iron and ironing board.

    The Location was great! Only 7 mins walk to Gran Via. There's a metro right outside of the hotel so you can easily get around. The room is clean, bed is comfy and bathroom is also squeaky clean. I had a good view on the balcony too! Check-in and check-out is easy.

    Easy access to property via the app. Very well presented and very well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was located in a residential area close to supermarkets, some really nice bars and restaurants and a short walk from the metro stop Pueblo Nuevo where you can take a direct line into Gran Via central Madrid.

    The decor and style throughout the hotel was beautiful, every detail is considered and designed well. The location is perfect just off Gran Via and near the Malasana and Chuecha areas which are great for exploring, drinks, food etc. Staff were very helpful and friendly.     The hotel is few steps away from Gran Via ,loads of shops and restaurants nearby.We had the room for 3 and it was very good and spotless clean.Missed the kettle in the room but no big deal.The breakfast was basic but fresh and good.If i will return to Madrid I will defently staff here again

    I didn’t suspect the room size it was big not like the comments that I read and cleanness it was clean and it beside gran via u can go by walk and the employees were so respectful and they celebrated for my mom’s birthday I have tried many hotels in Madrid but this was the best hotel in price and location and clean fancy hotel and furniture

    Madridcito is a super address to stay in Madrid. it is super close to the main city sights like Gran Via, Sol and the Plaza Mayor. For the LGBTQiA+ community Chueca is just around the corner. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The communication with the Hotel was very easy and always very helpful and friendly.

    The location is super for access to shopping on Gran Via and many restaurants nearby. Many attractions of Madrid are also at a walking distance. The access to the apartment with the app is very convenient and the details like olive oil for cooking, having a juicer in the kitchen and a sufficient supply of toilet paper mean that there is really nothing that you might miss during your stay.

    The hostel is at the center of the city and just a walking distance from all the tourist spots in Madrid like the Plaza Mayor, San Gines, Gran Via, Plaza Sol and more. The hostel is also near the metro (subway) so there is no problem in getting to the hostel and traveling around the city. Their staff are also very much accommodating and friendly. We felt like home staying with them.
