Hosts (Gaber and Ashran) were very friendly and helped us with every question we had (recommending trips without pushing them on us). Also the stuff was really nice helping us with our luggage and also providing food. Room was big & clean and beds were comfortable. Nile view from our balcony and rooftop were great. We had to catch a night bus to Cairo in the evening. Instead of just leaving our luggage at the reception, we were allowed to stay in our room till the bus leaves - including using the AC and shower. Really nice & without any additional costs.

The position was beautiful, peaceful and quiet. You would not have believed you were in Luxor. The outside eating are was perfect and the birds played in the reeds and caught small fish. Silence is beautiful.
