I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, right in front of Mansoura University, which made it very convenient for my activities. They made my stay very enjoyable and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.

However, the person responsible for the apartment responded swiftly to my concerns and provided what was needed, which I really appreciated.
