Very nice cozy hotel in down town of Narva. Railway and coach stations are in several minutes from hotel. Hotel is very clean. Stuff are friendly, some of them speak English language, not only russian and Estonian. Restaurant is really nice. Very good food. Local bus stop is next to hotel, in front of door. Definitely, if I will visit Narva again, I will choose same hotel.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide range of quality products. The spa and wellness area was a highlight, offering a perfect retreat. The Junior Suite was my room of choice, and I found the value for money to be excellent – 100% - worth recommending!
