Francky was endlessly helpful and informative so that we were able to make the most of our time in Santo Domingo, we can't praise him enough. The rooms were clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was centrally-located in the middle of the colonial zone and was a short walk to everything to see!

the hotel is beautiful and very clean, very sereine it feels like a out of time moment in the middle of the city. the location is perfect as well. the staff, especially Jordan at the reception was so helpful and nice. he is really cheerful and put a smile on my face everymorning. i really appreciated him, he is such a gem!

The room was really nice and cozy. The breakfast was good as well, the only thing is they didn’t have bacon and my son wanted that. The pool was really nice as well. My sons really did enjoy it although it was only for 1 night. I will definitely stay here again. The staff were extremely welcoming.
