Everything was truly exceptional! This hotel is a real unique gem, immediately entered my top 3 of best hotels globally (and I travel a lot for work). The rooms are stunning, and the beds are amongst the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of art work, there is a beautiful garden and terrace to sit outside and enjoy. The staff are lovely. Honestly everything succeeded my expectations. I will certainly be back, thank you for everything ❤️

We were staying in the hotel for 5 days in October 2023. It was a family trip, combined with a business trip. We were with a child aged 3 y/o in the hotel. The hotel was outstanding. The location is just a few blocks away from one of the most famous sightseeing sites in Berlin - Checkpoint Charlie, and just 20 meters away from the underground station (metro). The transportation to and from the hotel was easy as you like. There are a lot of coffee shops and bakeries around, so even if you don't have breakfast included (we didn't), you have the chance to choose from a lot of things. There is a supermarket in a mall, like 100 meters away, REWE and Penny, you could even do some daily shopping. In the hotel building, just downstairs on the parter, there is one of the most famous Berlin and German restaurants - Maximilian's. The restaurant is with great traditional German cuisine and of course - great German beer. The staff is very friendly, even though they are not 24/7 on site. But they are very likely to help you via phone call. Our child was feeling great, because the room was extraordinary large, like an apartment. There was 2 big separate rooms with little kitchen, big hall with separately bathroom and WC. You have so much space for everything. And also you have a little balcony, which you can go out on and have some fresh air or a cigarette. Also the rooms are kept very clean.

    The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we visited. Great markets, lighting, an ice rink and Santa flying across the sky. There are some great places to eat there and metro station right there. There's also a mall nearby (Alexa)

    Very clean, well presented hotel with lovely staff, it feels like an upgraded holiday inn, very nicely decorated and cosy colours, we loved it here. Nice coffee shop up the road and a tram line right outside, which made it great for getting into Alexanderplatz Good bathroom, raindrop shower, very nice, good bathroom toiletries as well.

    We frequently visit Motel One in Vienna and are always satisfied, so we decided to choose Motel One Alexanderplatz in Berlin as well. I am happy to say that the quality of service is just as high in Berlin. The staff is friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast varied and delicious. A highly recommended reliable service at an affordable price. The hotel has an excellent location as well - close to all the most interesting attractions (such as Museum Insel, the Staatsoper and various restaurants).

    The location of the hotel is top notch! We had a front room with a great view of the famous TV tower. Really easy to travel to most places directly from Alexanderplatz. Hackescher Markt up the road had some lovely restaurants and atmosphere, and was a great place to grab a coffee in the morning and watch the world go by. The room was clean and toiletries provided smelled lovely. Very comfy beds. We liked the option of standard or ambient lighting, and the wardrobe set up (although compact), was perfect for a city break.

    Communication prior to check-in was good, no issues during our stay. Penthouse apartment was just as indicated in the photos and very clean. Shower pressure was great (although agree with another user that a walk-in shower would be better, especially for less agile guests!). Good location for Alexanderplatz and public transport and we really enjoyed having this place as our base for exploring Berlin.

    Liked modern minimalistic design of the apartments - open spaces and separate bathroom from the toilet. Moreover great location to explore the city - two different stations of u-bahn in 5minute walking distance as well as not too packed street for car parking (though its expensive), Alexanderplatz 2stops away or 20minutes by foot. Appreciate 2 electric fans - helped a lot during the stay.

    Quiet location despite being very close to Alexanderplatz - having lots on your doorstep and easy access to rest of the city. Hotel staff were friendly, rooms and communal areas were clean.     The location was perfect because we need some place outside the city center so that we can park our car there without the green eco badge that is otherwise required in Berlin. It was a maximum of 10 minutes walk to the tram, so we were at Alexanderplatz within half an hour. Breakfast was rather simple, but it corresponded to the price category of the hotel. The kids was very satisfied with pancake maker :-) We did not suppose good coffee, so we do not surprised - coffee is needed to buy somewhere else.

    This was a very good hotel, that provided an excellent breakfast aswell as food and drink in the evening if required. It was a 5 minute walk from Alexanderplatz once I got my bearings. Which meant you had access to the S bahn and could easily travel around Berlin.
