Everything! The staffs are really sweet and very helpful. We have a lovely room with a great view! Its amazing how the staff are so welcoming and very happy people! For 4 days and 3 nights with this hotel are room was also cleaned every single day! The food is amazing alot of options! Is your coming on thursdays or fridays they have a themed food. Mexican and mediteranian worth a try! The location is great! We always ride the tram no 6 going to the city and 32 for prague castle which is 3 stops only! By the way the pool water temp is lovely!

The rooms were very neat and big. I liked the connecting door between the bedroom and closet area. It gave me security and privacy. The receptionists, Marcela and Oxana were very nice and kind. Marcela ordered a taxi for me to the airport with her personal account so I paid less. Very sweet of her. Great buffet breakfast.

The location is fabulous, you can see Prague from up above waiting for you to meet; I enjoyed eating apples directly from the fruit tree without washing them, just like I used to do when I was a child at my grandparents'. Felt like home...The hotel's staff just great, breakfast super...we will surely return...We have not had enough...
