The staff really make this hotel shine. Everyone was very friendly and helpful the entire time. The pool is also big enough for a casual swim and has a bar with food and drinks, a very relaxing environment. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Second time we have stayed here. Modern clean hotel with free parking. Great location. Short walk to the sea and marina. The room was spotless, fantastic breakfast. The staff were really friendly. Gave us a free upgrade, which was nice. Will be staying here again.

Purpose of our visit was to attend a function at the city of dreams, Serenity Haven was 20 mins walk or 4 mins drive from the venue . Located on a quiet side street with on site parking . Excellent communication with the host . Very spacious , clean and comfortable.
