Everything. The management, front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping, exceptional. The staff always greets with a smile and so very attentive to one’s needs. The property itself is in a perfect place in the old town of Basel, so you can walk everywhere. Very clean with large rooms and all the necessary amenities. The bar and restaurant are busy and vibrant with wonderful dining options and cocktail bar. A special notice to the front staff and the restaurant staff breakfast, lunch and dinner,exceptional . Patrick, thank you and Umit for your passion for what you do and such wonderful and exceptional people. We’ve stayed with you before and can’t wait to see you all again! 👏🏻👏🏻

It felt very luxurious to stay at Nomad Hotel. All details in the room, bathroom and in the sauna/gym room made me feel very spoiled. The soap, shampoo and lotion smelled so good that it made me smile. The location was also excellent to me. Close to my job and also just between the train station and the river. A bonus was also the breakfast that usually is a non memorable experience but this was with fresh fruit and a nice variety of healthy food. I would love to come back.

    Cleanliness of the room. Perfect and silent location. The Basel travel card is offered to travel in OV for free during the stay. Early check-in at 2 PM was perfect for resting and working in the afternoon. Beautiful park around Close to Spalentor and Peterskirche

    We got spacious and clean rooms at Spalentor. The hotel serves good breatfast and is lacated just in the entrance to the old town of Basel. There is a small gym and a sitting area outside the reception. Team was helpful.

    Lovely renovated rooms in a beautiful building. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the check-in staff were efficient and helpful. Our Basel cards were sent through by email before our arrival so we could use them as soon as we landed at the airport. The hotel is conveniently situated 5 minutes from the old town (at Spalentor) and on the no. 3 tramline.

    We have visited Basel many times and always stay at Hotel Spalentor. It is very well located for walking into the old centre of the city and surrounding areas are equally accessible by car or tram. In addition it is not pretentious but comfortable and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

    Very nice room and bathroom. We selected the balcony room and were lucky to be assigned a room ending in 05 which gave us a view of Spalentor Tower. The balcony itself is tiny but it was nice to step out watch the world go by. Bed was comfortable. Nicely thought out layout worked well.

    Clean and comfortable, and ideally placed to explore the old town of Basel. Walking distance to Munster, Spalentor, town hall, River and lots of museums etc of the medieval town. Staff really helpful and we were able to leave our bags while we explored Basel on our last day. We're given a BaselCard by receptionist which meant we could use public transport for free (which is the best transport we've ever used, so so reliable) and discounts of museum etc entry.
