BelgiumThis was extraordinary. In packing out, we forgot (and left in our room) a small leather agenda book. We called the hotel from our residence in Brussels to see if the hotel had found it. Indeed they did find it and notified us with a message asking us how we would like it send from Lausanne to Brussels. It was superb service.

BelgiumWe stoped at the B&B HOTEL Lausanne Crissier on our way north from Italy and enjoyed an energising night before continuing on the road. The check-in was fluid with a welcoming and professional receptionist. We would for sure stop there again if the opportunity arises.

Metro station driving to the center is in front of the hotel, perfect for sightseeing. We git free public transportation tickets. There is a public garage under the hotel and a big supermarket just next door. Room was simply decorated but spacious and clean. It was well heated and quite. The free shuttle transfer to main stations in the area is a plus which makes the hotel suitable also for businesses outside EPFL area. In addition, the possibility to choose the preferred type of pillow and have it delivered to the room is a wonderful cuddle. The restaurant Osteria 31 is also an added value to the hotel.
