OMGGG!! I loved everything about this hotel. Amazing hospitality and people! Maria, the first person I met upon arrival with her beautiful honest smile at reception and Jennifer at front desk were the people that made me feel comfortable and happy from the very first moment. The executive suite was amazing, the view, the atmosphere, the staff making sure every day my day started and ended with the best possible way! Also the gym… the pool!! Everything perfect! Definitely my hotel from now on when visiting Dubai- can’t wait to go back with my family this time to enjoy it even more…

    Wonderous, our little daughter came with us on the night lake gondola boat..I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WANTING A SOECIAL MEMORY. IT WAS NOT COSTLY( BOOKED VIA KLOOK). AND OUR DAUGHTER STILL MARVELS AT ALL THE PEOPLE WAVING AT HER FROM THE PROMENADES AS SHE WENT AROUND LIKE A PRINCESS... BEAUTIFUL MEMORY THE BURJ IS JUST IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN

    The view is amazing, but the at the top experience is very badly organized. They are probably selling too many tickets for the afternoon time slots. More than 200 people were even piling up in the mall in front of the entrance when we arrived. We had a time slot for 2.30 pm for levels 124&125 and we were waiting in total 2 hours in 5 different endless rows until we were on top. Then another 30 min waiting for the lift down again - at least now with a good view... Either go early in the morning, pay for a more expensive later time slot (but this was not available in combination with Dubai Aquarium) or pay for fast access. Otherwise we cannot recommend this at all.

    Whoever said it gets lonely at the top has never been to the top of urj Khalifa. The long queue and waiting that we had to endure to get to the top of Burj Khalifa almost ruined the experience for me. Plus, once you DO get to the top, there's a mad frenzy of crowd trying to take pictures etc. and almost an equally lengthy wait to go down the elevator. Terribly exhausting (not to mention irritating) People travelling with kids/ elders be warned that this is no easy tour

    Expensive but worth doing, but I think the guide needs a different sound system, we couldn't comprehend a word he was saying! Difficult to find the entrance as the signage in the Dubai Mall is appalling.

    Dubai as our driver said is literally DO BUY. Everything is money. If you take the 124-125th floor, the cheapest you will be herded into the lift packed like sardines If you pay more for 148 th Floor and 154th you are given a Sky VIP sticker and taken in a smaller group and treated more decently. You can have coffee and cakes at the 148 and 154 th floor. The view is awe inspiring. Truly a magnificent work of engineering.

    Our stay at this 4-bedroom apartment was fantastic! The apartment is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and exactly like the photos. Karan made sure that we have a fantastic time here. The highlight was the breathtaking Burj Khalifa view from the balcony on the 63rd floor. The location is unbeatable with direct access to Dubai Mall and Downtown, which made everything so convenient.

    The apartment was beautifully furnished and very clean. We were provided complimentary snacks upon arrival and access to the WiFi immediately. The location is fantastic with a 24 hours supermarket downstairs and a 10 minute walk to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The fountain views from the apartment are exceptional especially at night when everything is lit up. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

    I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It is close to everything, close to the Dubai mall, the Burj Khalifa, the beaches and even the gold souq. The hotel provides amazing facility and you will lack nothing. Room cleaning service was amazing espercially Anju and her partner sushil. Clean room, comfortable bed, provide free water, easy to get a taxi, pools are clean and good depth, amazing for family. I will stay here for every trip to Dubai and will definitely recommend.

    The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The view of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown skyline is absolutely stunning – both during the day and at night. The location in Business Bay/Downtown is perfect: quiet and relaxing, yet still within walking distance to Dubai Mall and the vibrant Downtown area. The building also offers a great pool and gym, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended – I would definitely book again

    Beautiful apartment in the heart of Dubai, close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. The support from the host during the whole stay was a huge plus. The apartment is located in a building where the service is also top level, always helpful and friendly. I recommend wholeheartedly and I will definitely go back there soon.

    Every single person working in our resort would say good morning / good evening and would stop what they were doing to go out of their way to do so. The taxi driver taking us from Burj Khalifa to our hotel was keen for a chat and to share the video of New Year fireworks that he took with his phone.
