Told our room was upgraded to a deluxe family room as my parents are 90 and 92. That was a great gesture and it was very much appreciated. We were very happy about everything such as the room, the staff, the swimming pool, sauna, spa, breakfast. We were so impressed with the high-rise infinity swimming pool. The view from the pool is fantastic. We definitely want to stay there again.

We had a swimming pool, hot tub and massage chair in our first room. On night 2, we had a very awesome hot tub with TV. Both of the rooms were high tech and larger than any hotel room I have ever been to in. The staff was very welcoming and did their best to communicate in English with us. The breakfast wasn't bad...you order it at the time you check in. Also, there is a personal garage for your car if you are driving and it opens up directly into your room. If we visit Tainan again, I plan on staying here!
