It’s located in a quiet valley and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is included and the night breeze is really nice.

We just spent two nights at The Old City Rooms in the heart of Chiang Mai, and we couldn't have been happier with this place. The room was very comfortable and clean providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. The staff was really helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Chiang Mai's Old City, everything is within easy walking distance. A huge bonus was the on site spa. It's incredibly well equipped with two ice baths, one magnesium hot bath, one steam room, one Finnish sauna, and one infrared sauna. It was the ideal way to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing. We will definitely coming back !

Our host was Nude and nice at the beginning she helped us a lot with some guides and with the operation about the transfer. The facilities are excellent as well as the pool. We definitely would book this hotel again if we come back to Thailand.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Yumi, the manager was the best part of our 4 night stay- she was always authentically happy and smiling and there to help with anything. The owner is VERY lucky to have her working for them. The rooms were charming- big rooms- SUPER clean and the pool cool. Nice to be just a little bit outside of the busy part of town. We used GRAB for rides around and very efficient and reasonable. Stay here!!
