The host greeted us and explained everything we needed to know. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything for a pleasant stay. The location is great—just a 3-4 minute walk from the beach, a 10-minute walk from the Porto Montenegro promenade, and a 5-minute walk from the supermarket. We will stay at Moderna Luxury Apartments again when we're next in Tivat.

I would like to add that I am convinced the owners of this hotel are equally lovely people - it's reflected in how happy the employees are. The rooms are a masterpiece—elegant, stylish, and impeccably maintained. Every detail, from the snacks in the room to the thoughtfully curated amenities, exudes comfort and sophistication. It’s rare to find a boutique hotel that combines both character and top-tier facilities so effortlessly. And then there’s the breakfast—a true highlight of my stay. Made with love and care, the à la carte options were not only beautifully presented but also bursting with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was the perfect way to start each morning, setting the tone for a day of exploring or relaxing. I am vegan and they even created new vegan recipes to meet my dietary needs. This is one of the few boutique hotels that truly deserves a full 5-star rating. Everything, from the impeccable service to the serene location, is executed to perfection. Apartmány D & D Apartments se nacházejí pouhých 100 metrů od přístavu Porto Montenegro a nabízejí ubytování s klimatizací, balkonem a výhledem na Tivat. It was in amazing location 5 min walk from the port 10 min from the nearest beach. It is own by a nice family very friendly and kind of you need anything they are here for you, from cheap taxi ride around the city and to other city and for recommendations as well. The room is big and you can cook if you want and do laundry as well. Very recommended place to stay in Tivqt only 10 min from the airport and 25 from kotor if you want to visit for a day.

It was peaceful and convenient to travel from here in Tivat. The Owner was excellent and communicated well.

Perfect. 5 star house, facilities, view, breakfast, location, and hosts. Owners Duško and Sonja were extremely welcoming hosts to our families (6 adults, 2 kids), and to great care to make sure we were comfortable, enjoyed our vacation, and were well fed with delicious breakfasts. The house was renovated to perfection with wonderful air conditioning to rest from the 40 degree summer heat, and the views of the bay, sunsets, and stars from the balcony and pool were magnificent. I especially enjoyed booking a boat trip for the 8 of us with Duško, for a private tour around the Bay. My Lithuanian in-laws, who usually don’t critique anything as better than “fine”, said they felt like millionaires, looking out from their room and private balcony.

Wonderful and hospitable owners, stunning view, friends, hot bath, what else is needed for a good holiday. The apartment has 2 separate rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen, there is everything you need - towels, coffee, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, ice in the freezer. There were three of us, l, my husband and my friend, everyone was comfortable and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

I absolutely loved this apartment — the location, amenities, and overall experience were outstanding. It’s truly a place not to be missed. We stayed in the area and visited several nearby restaurants, including Divino, which offered amazing food and excellent service, but the convenience and quality of this accommodation really stood out. The apartment combines comfort, great value, and exceptional hospitality. An added bonus is the on-site parking right next to the property, with the fee refunded upon checkout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.
