The hardworking and courteous staff, especially all staffs, made our stay exceptional.

The staff were kind and provided excellent service. Airport transfer can be arranged in advance by sending a message through Booking.com chat. Responses are quick and reliable. A full-day tuk-tuk tour to Angkor Wat was also arranged at the front desk after arrival, even for the next day. The price was reasonable. The location is a bit far from the night market and Pub Street, but tuk-tuks can be easily found using Grab. It takes about 5 minutes and costs around 1 USD. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is buffet-style and available early in the morning, which is convenient before sightseeing. Note that installing WhatsApp and Grab in advance are highly recommended. For WhatsApp, it is useful for communication with the front desk, and also with tuk-tuk drivers for temple tours. Grab is must-have, it is no need to negotiate price with tuk-tuk drivers. Always cheap, clear, and easy to use. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

Beautiful green space, relaxing atmosphere, delicious food, smiling and attentive staff… the apartment was perfect for our group, new, clean and tastefully decorated. We booked a private tour to Angkor wat at the reception and were very pleased with the experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and together with the driver made the tour very pleasant.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are so incredibly kind and welcoming and they even lent us some cash spending money as we had trouble with the ATMs. It’s a bit away from centre (about 5 min via tuck tuk) which we loved because the city centre has evolved into a pretty crazy night life scene and this felt an oasis to retreat to. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Would love to stay here again if we get the chance.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and barbecue facilities, Koulen Hotel is located in the heart of Siem Reap, not far from Pub Street and King's Road Angkor. Convenient, clean, spacious, staff are friendly and proficient in English. Cooking class was excellent. We loved the local market tour and the menu we learned. They even accommodated our special menu requests.

Memoire Palace Resort & Spa offers guests relaxing accommodation in Siem Reap with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. Had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in the hotel. Every staff were extremely helpful,polite and courteous. The spa and massage was heavenly. I want to specially thank the housekeeping staff. Their 'nightly turn down service' is something which I never heard about in any other hotels. ( They clean your rooms in the evening if you go out at night) The pool is huge and you can just approach it from your rooms ( pool side rooms/ with balcony).The pool has an island bar too. The hotel is just 4-5 min.away from the Pub street,Riverside night market and other market places by tuk tuk/ auto rickshaw. Tuk-tuk are always standing right in front of the hotel. You can just hop in or can ask the hotel staff to call for you,price is same.
