The views were absolutely stunning, book the upper room with double opening out windows to the seaview and Capri. The hosts were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely, on the balcony over looking Capri , plenty to choose from.

The owner and the staff were really friendly and helpful - they gave us insider-suggestions for restaurants, sightseeing etc. Eating the breakfast with that amazing view to the sea was our highlight! Capri’s Best Hotel The hotel is located in the perfect place between the main square and the big marina (Marina Grande). It offers a free shuttle to both destinations and the drivers were so kind and helpful (Buddika, Pradeep). It has a beautiful classical architecture with antique pieces that you’ll appreciate, also it’s very clean and neat. The rooms are very unique, each one has its individual design with hand painted walls, honestly more beautiful than any picture you will see. The staff certainly made the trip much more enjoyable. They helped us with our itinerary as they booked for us some of their recommended beaches and restaurants and made all of the rest of our plans easier. Most importantly, they were always friendly, smiling and patient to our inquiries. Thank you Stefano, Mariano and Gaia. The breakfast experience was like no other. It’s serving not a buffet and the restaurant’s menu is delicious and full of verities. You can enjoy the breakfast from the hotel’s garden or even at your room. Peppe was the restaurant’s manager and he was an absolute angel. Thank you so much Peppe and the waitress Mariana. I’ve been to many high end chain hotels from around the world but this has certainly exceeded all of them.

Set among peaceful floral gardens and lemon groves, Pazziella Garden & Suites is located in Capri Town, just 100 metres from the Piazzetta. Pazziella is beyond amazing. A service experience like no other. The communication through Whatsapp was accurate and fast. We arrived to Capri by ferry, you can schedule the transporation in advance through them. There was an ambassador waiting for us to take us to our scheduled taxi service. During the stay they were extremely helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. They took care of everything at check out, luggage, transportation back to the pier and the ambassador stayed with us to make sure we took the right ferry. It was our first time at Capri and they made everything so perfect. I've been in the hospitality industry for over 17 years and Pazziella truly has one of the most amazing teams I've seen. Special thank you to Roberta and Silvia, they were outstading and the true "definition" of what hospitality means.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with a free shuttle to the Capri Center that made getting around super easy. The views from the hotel were just stunning truly picture-perfect Capri scenes from every angle. The breakfast each morning was also incredible, with fresh and tasty options. We also loved the wellness facilities: a lovely sauna, a well-equipped gym, and a beautiful outdoor pool where we could relax and enjoy the scenery. From start to finish, everything felt like pure luxury. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience Capri in the most perfect way!
