We had an amazing weekend, such a stunning location and so peaceful. The cottage is gorgeous and beautifully styled, spotless and so cosy and the hot tub was fab!

Fabulous stay!! A beautiful property. Our room was huge, it was so lovely to be able to rest, spread out and open our bags easily. We loved having a bath and enjoyed the space and decor of the room. The resort itself is away from the town, costing us about 15 Euros in a taxi to get into town and then another 15 Euros to come back. We decided after that to stay in the hotel and use the facilities there. We were very surprised with the prices of beer and wine in the hotel, which were pretty similar to the pubs. We enjoyed a few evenings in the bar and ate the soup and chicken wings - which were great. Breakfast was amazing too! The staff were so lovely, Paula in the bar, Jacqueline and Emily in the restaurant, as well as Tommy and Natalia. Everyone was so very friendly and we had a lot of fun while we were there. We had just finished a 3 week drive around Ireland and Northern Ireland, and were looking for somewhere to fill in 3 nights before heading back to Dublin. Very good value for money - with lovely walking opportunities as well as the chance for a steam, spa and swim in the resort.

Escape to The Carrickdale for comfort and indulgence on the Cooley Peninsula. It has a leisure centre, a fitness centre and the therapeutic Serenity Spa. The jacuzzi steam and sauna were great the tunnel connecting both sides was nice in the rain the secret cafe was fabulous the staff helpful the mini golf and gardens nice to stroll around

In picturesque Carlingford, The Four Seasons Hotel overlooks the Cooley Peninsula, with beautiful views of Cooley Mountains and Carlingford Lough. The hotel is a 1-hour drive from Dublin and Belfast. Great bed, very clean and modern room

In 12 acres of lush, green gardens The Boyne Valley is an elegant 19th-century mansion on the M1 road to Dublin and less than 30 minutes’ drive from Dublin Airport. The grounds were my favorite part, and the room was lovely!! Great staff, and good breakfast!
