Our room was large, clean, and had a terrance on the bay. Everyone on the staff was very helpful suggesting local villages and hikes that we hadn’t previously considered. The grounds were large enough for an evening walk and the patio tables always seemed to have guests happily swapping stories. Even though we didn’t use the spa, it looked inviting.

IRA - ΗΡΑ Hotel se nachází v destinaci Kalamata. Pláž Kalamata je 2,3 km daleko a Public Library -Gallery of Kalamata 200 metrů. The location is perfect - close to the old town, while being in the city center (nevertheless, we did not hear the noise). Breakfast was amazing and varied. Some highlights - fresh orange juice, cherry tomatoes, different pies, fresh fruit, various bread. Milk and juice are served in one-portion glass bottles, which is a huge plus. Beds were super comfy and quite large. The room was spacious and clean. The AC is extremely quiet, which is great. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel has two parking yards in the vicinity (2 and 3 minutes away) - during our two week stay, we were always able to find a spot in the closer one, except for one Saturday.

It’s the second time that I stay at this property and both times have been great! The room is very nice and modern and there is also a washing machine available (very nice touch), it is in a perfect location close to both the city center and the seaside, and last but not least the staff are extremely helpful ☺️

Kamenný dům se nachází v obci Verga Kalamata na Peloponéském poloostrově. Petra Thea má terasu a výhled na Messinský záliv. Kalamata je vzdálená 5 km. It's absolutely dreamy! I wish I could give it an 11 out of 10. We got here by mere chance when a different property canceled our reservation at the very last moment. We wish it was available for more than 1 night. We didn't want to leave. Absolutely unbelievable view and incredible property! The drive uphill is somewhat challenging, so I would suggest to make sure you arrive during daylight.
