Kate was very lovely. it's pretty close to Stroud centre, was 15 min walk? taxi was cheap getting back to the place. parking isn't the worst and is the same as most small street parking. room was nice and warm, bed was comfy. lovely selection of tea and coffee.

I am hard put to find words to convey how blissful we felt. The enchanting grounds/park/gardens, the hard-to-believe set of buildings that constitute the hotel, the amazingly comfy lounges, bars, restaurants, rooms, not to mention the spa and swimming-pool, and - cherry on a gorgeous pie - the staff. In such a top-notch hotel environment, they all accomplish the amazing feat of being perfect, without… doing too much, if I can put it that way. And the smiles! They put one on your face, too, all day long. Shall I mention the stunning Cotswolds region? The jaw-dropping honey-coloured 17th-century villages. Well, if heaven had a specific address, that could be it.

Located a block off the main street of Bourton-on-the-Water, you step into a haven that combines the charm of an historic cottage with every amenity the 21st century has to offer. Pictures don't do it justice. The attention to detail, the overall design and comfort is fantastic. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax after busy days exploring the Cotswolds. We hope to come back!
