Despite the minor issues, we were thrilled with the complimentary upgrade provided for our comfort, especially with our baby. The resort was spotless, and the facilities had everything we could possibly need. A huge thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and welcoming. The animation team was the star of the show – they were incredible and kept our kids (and us!) happily entertained from morning till night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Akassia swiss resort exceeds our expectations. The staff were so polite helpful and friendly. Special mention for waiter Mahmud and all animation team- Shagy, Zain, and especially Rose-Ruza... All place is magical and with some special charm. Pool boys were amazing- we felt so secure about our kids. Cant wait to come back.
