The property is located on an island and has free shuttle services to and fro from the main city. The hotel has amazing views. The room was clean, the staff were polite and extremely helpful. The housekeeping was prompt with their service.

The guest house is very close to some good restaurants, cafes, and walking distance to the temple.

The entire stay was amazing , all staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable .We were lucky to meet Ms. Marvel who made our stay marvelous .Visiting this hotel had been on my list for 8 years after watching the famous series and i admit I wasnt disappointed . Make sure to dine at 1902 it is beautiful. The hotel is indeed on the pricy side , if you can treat yourself then it is worth it :) .One of the best hotels I had ever stayed in and I had been to quite a few luxury hotels .

Kamel House poskytuje zahradu, terasu a nepřetržitě otevřenou recepci. Aga Khan Mausoleum je 15 km odtud. Beautifully decorated and appointed rooms. The House has an authentic (based in a Nubian village) and warm energy. Fatima who runs it, cannot do enough for you and the crocodile pool at the front is in unexpected joy. Quiet and away from the noise of Aswan for an easy getaway to Abu Simbel etc. Thank you for a great stay.

What a remarkable location, perched high up on the banks of The Nile, overlooking Aswan in the distance on the other bank! Blissfully quiet. The buildings themselves are quite remarkable, in absolutely fascinating Nubian style. The staff are delightful and the food varied and delicious. The complex is located at the very end of the road so there is no passing traffic. There is easy access across the Nile from below the hotel. The gorge at this point is very steep but transport is provided to the ferry point by the hotel.

We book a room at this hotel for one night stay prior our Nile Cruise. Our flight arrival time was 8:30 a.m. and I had ask the hotel if they had a storage room were we could leave our luggage while our room became available. The hotel reply was quick and accommodating. To our surprise, once we arrived at the hotel, they had a room ready for us. We were so exhausted and happy to find a place to lay our head. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The host was extremely warm and patient. We had an issue with the payment as they didn't have machine to accept card and we didn't have cash. He was patient with us to work out situation through bank transfer. Staff is very nice and considerate. They packed us a breakfast bag since we had a tour at 4 am in morning!
