Set amid the wonderful Alpine landscapes of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, this traditional 4-star hotel offers elegant rooms and excellent spa facilities. Everything! So authentique, I felt in love with the decoration, location was 10/10 my room was with mountain view second floor I didn’t have appetit to get out of my room, spacious clean and the view from the balcony was amazing, the staff were super welcoming and helpful.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. Great staff in the hotel, restaurant, and spa. The family suite was very quiet. The food in the restaurant was great. Jesica from the Spa delivered a great massage. Front desk staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable about the tourist spots around Garmish. The hotel is dog friendly. We had a great time!

Majutusasutuse Salzbergalm apartementidest avaneb suurepärane ja otsevaade Berchtesgadeni küla keskusele ja ümbritsevatele Berchtesgadeni Alpidele. The location was fantastic. Getting around was easy we either took the tram a few minutes walk away from the hotel or drove. Driving was a bit challenging with the windy roads. We were close to so many beautiful destinations such a beautiful peaceful place. Our hosts were wonderful and helpful. I’d highly recommend staying there.

This 4-star-Superior hotel is located in the centre of Berchtesgaden and enjoys a scenic location, overlooking the Bavarian Alps. I like the facilities of the property very much!! Nice warm in-door pool and a very beautiful view at out-door 36 degree spa pool! Moreover, the sauna are great too!

The combination af surroundings, facilities, service and quality will be a hard match anywhere. However, my bet is that you will be even harder pressed to find a match to the ever present host Peter, no matter where you look. He and his crew takes such great pride in your stay being perfect, in a way I have not met anywhere else. The perfect combination of personnal and professional. My only hesitation when recommending Alpenglühn, is the fact that I would like to keep it a secret, to make sure there will still be room for me…
