This is an excellent place to stay to explore Torres del Paine National Park. It is located in a serene area overlooking the beautiful sea and mountains. It is also just a short distance away from the Puerto Natales town center, which has plenty of good restaurants to satisfy your needs for gourmet foods. Javier is an excellent host. He is very customer focus and helped to arrange all the tours we needed to explore Torres del Paine National Park. He also did the pick-up and sent-off for us, arranged for our laundry and taxi pick-up to town. He also has a very friendly dog named 'Teo', which greeted you every time you return to the cabin! The cabin is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the hot tub is a big bonus to soothe our tired bodies in the evenings after spending a day exploring Torres del Paine National Park! We will definitely stay here again if we visit Puerto Natales again!

Cabañas y Casa Kauken offers three cabins and one home accommodation in Puerto Natales. Free private parking is available on site. The room was very clean and cosy and made the perfect home base for exploring Puerto Natales and Torre del Paine. The private hot tub was perfect luxury to relax tired muscles after long days hiking Torres del Paine. David was very thoughtful, polite, and attentive host and was amazing at helping coordinate local tours and providing best suggestions to make my stay the best it can be.

Everything! Personalized service was unbelievable but at the same time there was the ability to be invisible if one preferred. It has a unique design that is very fitting for its environment. Location is outside city but a 10min taxi ride (at USD3 per way), so everything is close. View was outstading, staff was great and spa is exactly what is needed after a day of excursions.
