The service was perfect from check-in until we left the hotel. The attention from the staff was excellent, with personal greetings at every opportunity, especially the staff at the restaurant during breakfast and the team at the entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kempinski Berchtesgaden. The breakfast was delicious, the room was fantastic, and the view was absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay at Kempinski Berchtesgaden again when I visit Bavaria.

The atmosphere in the hotel was really great. The restaurant was really great as for breakfast but even better for the dinner. We really appreciated spa with pool and sauna. We even tried some massage procedure and it was really great.
